In accordance with the recommendation of the American Academy of Pediatrics and our philosophies as physicians, we are no longer using any form of an alternate shot schedule. *Rotarix vaccine is an optional vaccine that must be started at the 2 month visit with a booster given at 4 months.

 

**Gardasil 9 is an optional vaccine for females starting at age 11 to prevent cervical cancer and HPV. Gardasil is now recommended for males as well to prevent passage of HPV disease as well as HPV related oral and anal cancers and genital warts

***Pediarix is a vaccine that contains DtaP, Polio, and Hepatitis B.

****This is a new recommendation in 2011.

Annual Influenza Vaccine is strongly recommended.  At this time we only carry the injectible form and NOT the LIVE intranasal vaccine.


We recommend yearly check-ups after the age of 3.
